These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. Placing an order through the site constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

Prices and Payment
All goods must be paid for in advance of dispatch. We accept payment by the following methods: Cash, Cheque, Credit and Debit Cards (including Visa and Switch) and BACS. All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds excl. VAT.

UK Delivery is FREE on all orders of £60.00 or over. Orders totalling less than this amount shall be subject to a delivery charge of £7.50.

Where We Deliver
We offer Next Day Delivery on items ordered between Monday – Thursday and we can arrange Saturday deliveries (this will incur a surcharge). Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom. Please make sure you keep the receipts which will accompany your order. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt – this will normally be within 48 hours. If an item is not available we will inform you via email of the delay.

Unwanted Goods
Should you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped we can simply cancel the order. However, if you are in receipt of your goods you, the consumer, must arrange for the return of the goods at your own cost. If the goods are not returned, Moor Coffee Ltd. will collect them, and deduct the direct cost incurred from the refund.
